Free delivery over €75 and 30 days to change your mind.
Shipping
Standard delivery is free on every order over €75. We pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 working days, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as it leaves us.

Everything ships in plain, recyclable packaging — no product images or branding on the outside.
Returns
Try it on at home, under your own clothes. If the fit is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back — no explanation needed.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached
- For hygiene reasons, worn shapewear cannot be returned
- Return shipping is free within the EU
- Refunds land back on your original payment method within 5–7 working days of your parcel reaching us
